Quotation Document Redesign

Overview
We are seeking a talented graphic designer to overhaul our current quotation document template. Our company, iota, provides essential services in Asbestos, Legionella and Building Compliance Services. We need a professional, aesthetically pleasing, and impactful design that aligns with our brand identity and significantly enhances our ability to cross-sell our full range of services.

The Goal
The primary goal is to transform our current document (an example of which will be provided) into a visually engaging and easy-to-digest proposal that:
- Elevates Brand Perception: Presents iota as a leading, professional, and reliable service provider.
- Improves Clarity: Makes the scope of work and pricing easy for the client to understand.
- Drives Cross-Selling: Incorporates design elements or dedicated sections to clearly present our other services (e.g., Testing, Training, other Compliance work) to clients receiving a quote for a single service (e.g., a Management Survey).

Requirements & Deliverables
Template Redesign: A complete redesign of our current quotation document (Word/InDesign/Editable PDF format preferred).

Branding & Cues: The design must incorporate visual elements and style cues from our website: www.notoneiota.org.

Content Sections: The final design must clearly accommodate and organise sections for:
- Client/Project Details (Ref, Date, etc.)
- Scope of Work/Specification (e.g., Asbestos Management Survey)
- Pricing Schedule (including line items like the example's "£800.00 + VAT" )
- Our UKAS Accreditation Logos (UKAS Inspection & Testing) must be shown within on our document
- A prominent and attractive section dedicated to cross-selling our other services.

Terms & Conditions Layout: A separate, professional layout for the accompanying Terms and Conditions document will also be required.

What We Will Provide
- A PDF example of our current quotation document (as attached).
- Our Terms and Conditions text.
- Logo and high-resolution brand assets.
- Access to our website (www.notoneiota.org) for design cues.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing professional corporate documents, proposals, or reports, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and clear information hierarchy. Experience with compliance, construction, or B2B service documents is a bonus.
