I have a single page power point diagram that I want redesigning and output as a PSD. The design will not be from scratch, but using only html elements from the CMS template below:

I am simply wanting someone who can convert this basic diagram so it follows the CMS template so I can then use the PSD to generate working html.
If the winning freelancer does a good job, an additional 4-5 pages of work will be available.
