We require a brochure designed to market a new small high end housing development in Manchester, UK.
See example attached - note this is not our development but just an example of what we're looking for.
Attached also is our kitchen brochure which needs to be included.
Also attached are some CGI's to be used.
Brochure will be downloaded from website in pdf format with navigation buttons to turn pages. Also need it in print format. A5 landscape format. Full colour. Approx. 10-12 pages.
Copy and pictures can be provided but if you are able to research and produce copy then that's a bonus. The budget is just to tick a box. Bid what you feel is right for you whilst remaining competitive.
