Project Management Handbook

Design Brief: Project Management Handbook

We’re looking for an experienced document designer to format and style a Project Management Handbook (A4 portrait, InDesign only).
The handbook will be around 70–80 pages once complete, but we’d like to start by giving you a sample section to test style and layout.

What we need:

Design of 2–3 sample spreads for review, then full handbook layout

Clean, consistent design using supplied brand guidelines

Visual elements that support readability (icons, boxes, callouts, simple graphics)

Simplified layouts, clear headings, and easy navigation

Print and digital-ready versions

Style:

Professional, structured, and easy to read

Prioritise clarity, consistency, and functionality over decoration

Requirements:

Strong skills in Adobe InDesign

Proven experience with corporate or instructional document design

Excellent attention to detail and layout consistency
