Product design and drawing plans ready for me to submit to manufacturer

Hi
I am looking for a well priced product designer to draw up and design a range of dog name tags.
Initially I am testing the quality of a manufacturer so this bid is for one product design [i will share my design idea with the successful bidder] that I need drawn up so I can supply this to the manufacturer.
Product drawing and design is not what I specialise in hence why im looking for help.
The bidder will have to be in the UK and ideally in East Anglia/Suffolk but location is not my biggest priority.
I am extremely loyal to good quality workmanship and if successful I can promise this bit is merely the tip off the iceberg of work that will come your way.
The successful applicant will get from me a dog tag which they can use as a template for the tag dimensions and the design they are creating must be exactly to the size, I will post this to the winning bidder.

As for price message me what you will require for each product design, ignore the per hour charge on pph because im a strong believer in not paying per hour as it gives you no incentive to work quickly!
