Product Catalogue Needs Updating

I have an existing product catalogue we just need to update some product pages and and remove products and images. I have the file in both PDF and. ed3.indd if this helps I don't know what format that is please see attached PDF version , the task will involve updating the catalogue from an excel product file adding and removing images and text and reformatting so it looks like the current PDF attached the Excel sheet will highlight which products need removing and which need adding and pics of new products will be supplied also. Thanks
