Producing Vectorised Print Ready Artwork

I am looking to work with someone long term helping to produce artwork for our printed products.
The person must be used to working at an extremely high accurate standard.

Some of the work involves redrawing and improving existing designs. Others will need some creative input helping us to develop a design.

We print on a variety of different media clothing and objects so different variations of the artwork will have to be produced. The trace tool cannot be used as we need the original to be of a much better quality and hand drawn.
