Produce an art deco style vector illustration of a train

I need an art deco illustration of a train from a photograph - the type of illustration is attached as an example
I will provide the train photographs to be drawn - I'm not looking for a generic train, it must be this actual train I will provide
The view should be a sideways view of the train
This should be stylised and simplified like the attached example
The illustration should be delivered in vector format for future editing - this should be able to be opened in adobe illustrator
The project needs to be delivered Saturday 29th/ Sunday 30th January
The successful candidate must include 3 rounds of revisions in case things are not correct on the first attempt
The budget is fixed so non-negotiable
