I would like to have your offer for a villa project design.
Stages are:

Stage 1:

Stage 2:
- Villa exterior design
- Shots for the exterior
- Landscape design
- Shots for the landscape
- 2D elevations and 2D landscape plan as per need

Stage 3:
Tender drawing:

Terms

1. Copyright belongs to the client and freelancer can not publish anything about this project in social media and portfolio.
2. I should have daily update to see the progress of work.
3. Final renders should be in these sizes:
Horizontal render: 3200x2066
Vertical render: 2470x3200
4. Final outcome will be in PDF and DWG formats.
5. The freelancer should provide all the five stages (Layout, moodbaords, rendering, drawings, specs, BOQ and FFE) in the level of expectation like the sample that the client will share at the beginning of the project.
6. All the drawings, BOQ, FF&E should be provided in the template that client will share with the freelancer. (In PDF and EXCEL formats)
7. Client will release milestone by milestone as per the agreement with the freelancer and the job done.
