Printable Planner Designer

I am looking for an experienced designer to create printable and downloadable planners for sale as digital downloads.

The designs should be:

- Clean, minimal, pastel aesthetic
- Suitable for A4 and US Letter
- Print-ready and visually balanced
- Easy to use and not overwhelming
- Include fully hyperlinked pages and tabs
- Calendar integration (Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, Google Calendar)
- Yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily planning

Deliverables Required:

- Editable source files (Canva preferred)
- Print-ready PDF files (A4 + US Letter)
- All fonts and graphics must be licensed for commercial resale
- Original work only (no templates resold to other clients)

IMPORTANT – Rights & Ownership:

This project is a work-for-hire. Upon final payment, full copyright ownership and commercial rights of the designs will transfer to me. The designer agrees not to resell, redistribute or reuse the designs in any form.

Please include in your proposal:

- Examples of planners/printable designs
- Confirmation that you agree to the rights transfer
- Tools used (Canva, Illustrator, etc.)

I am ideally looking to build a long-term partnership with a reliable designer. I have multiple upcoming graphic design projects, and this initial project will act as a paid trial with the intention of ongoing work for the right person.
