Preliminary architectural drawing with 3D rendering

I am looking to obtain a preliminary architectural design (site plan) for a 3-story mid-rise (with interior floor plans) with a 3D conceptual rendering of a multifamily condominium building on a narrow lot land lot of 137.50' (long) x 27.50' (wide) (approx 0.0867 AC)

In addition to preliminary architectural plans, I want to ensure that the facade of the building resembles a Victorian Italiante.



This project will have to be reposted to change the currency to USD.
