PPT Template Needed

We are having a rebrand and our website has been redesigned. We need our current sales proposal document (descend link below) to (a) reflect this new design (see link below), and (b) have a master template we can use to ensure that all our ppt presentation documents follow a consistent format.

- we have had high quality graphics made, we can use these to good effect
- can share our logo's
- videos on slide 10 need to have hyperlinks maintained please
- the purpose of the document is to be used as a sales proposal document - it therefore will always be pdf'd before sending to the client and so we dont need transitions as it will never be used as a presentation
- overall it needs to look and feel highly professional and a bold design

Deliverable/Output: new PPT of our sales proposal document with updated design and master slides incorporated so we can use this as the template for all future powerpoint documents.
