PowerPoint Slide Deck Creation

I need an experienced PowerPoint designer to lay out and polish a slide deck for a full-day executive training programme. The deck is approximately 60 slides and needs to be completed within 2-3 days of the brief and assets being supplied.

What the deck is
A facilitated training deck for senior business leaders. Content is strategic and business-focused throughout - no assumed technical background from the audience. The deck is used live in a training room and also distributed to participants as a PDF reference afterwards, so slides need to work in both contexts.

Design approach
Work within a supplied branded PowerPoint template - dark navy and teal colour scheme, clean corporate aesthetic. No new visual style required; the job is layout, polish and consistency within the existing template.

What the deck includes
A mix of content slides, data visualisations, native PowerPoint diagrams (flow diagrams, a 2x2 matrix, a maturity ladder, process flows), exercise and discussion prompt slides, and video placeholder slides. All charts and diagrams must be built natively in PowerPoint from structures and data I will supply - not imported as images.

Important: full editability after handover
The completed deck must be fully editable by a non-designer in standard PowerPoint. Standard widely available fonts only, all diagrams as editable PowerPoint objects, no locked elements, no external linked files, no embedded objects that break on editing.

What I will supply
Branded template with example slides, full slide-by-slide content document, all text, chart data, diagram structures, logos and any imagery required.

Deliverables
Completed .pptx file, 16:9, plus one round of consolidated revisions.

Timeline
First draft required within 2 days of all assets and content being received, with finalised content within a further 2 days (4 days total).
