Powerpoint Master Template

I need the following PowerPoint Master Template:

Tower (www.wearetower.com) require a Powerpoint Master Template that employees can use and cannot adapt or change. As you can see from the website the sort of look and feel to be incorporated within the design. I have also attached a recent brochure and our brand guidelines (these are still being refined so do not feel completely locked to these).

Works San Font - with a consistent application of font size throughout a presentation and type (bold, medium, regular, thin, italic, etc)

Colours to work with are Pantone green, Cool Grey 11, Cool Grey 9, Pantone 428, Pantone 428(10%), White

There needs to be enough space for a title text area on each page (some titles can be quite long).

The slide templates we need include:

Title slide - Must include image attached.
Agenda slide - text box and table
Single text slide
Side by side x 2 column text slide

Slide title and table - (defining the table attributes such as scaling and font size)
