PowerPoint editor able to make SHORT TEXT slides easily readable + amazing design

Target audience: Governments, development partners
Number of slides needed: 15-30
Data and special elements to include: I urgently need a good communicator with editing + design skills in order to transform a dull PowerPoint presentation into a professional one with:
-- as less text as possible in order to have slides easily readable (unnecessary text to be moved to the Notes)
-- a presentation that tries to implement the advice given in this video: http://j.mp/1bwKW76 especially the advice starting around 10'15''
-- beautiful design
-- better pictures / graphs / datavisualization than those used in the draft PPT
Ideas for the visual style: Modern and sober
Preferred colors: A bit of green, since the corporate color of our institution is green (pantone 347 c or R:0 G:143 B:79)
Extra notes: We have a presentation which is ready to go. But I do not like it. I need to have it reworked in order to be much more attractive, maybe with more slides but with less content on each slide in order to enable people sitting in a conference room to easily read what is screened.

The corporate green should be used in a very subtle manner.

The most important for me is not a lot of animations and effects, but to have a READABLE presentation.

I am attaching the Presentation to improve and a personal presentation which I have made and which tries to abide by the advice given in the video shared with you.

It is extremely urgent, and I would appreciate getting it today.
