Description
Experience Level: Expert
I require two related information graphics to be professionally designed and produced in Microsoft PowerPoint:
Practical worksheet — A3 landscape
Report figure — A4 landscape
The supplied structure and wireframe layouts are established. The content is in draft form and will be refined by the author after the design work. The underlying concepts, sequence and hierarchy are already established.
This is a design and production task. It is not a request to develop the concepts or rewrite the content.
Graphic 1: Practical worksheet
The worksheet should:
be designed at A3 landscape and be suitable for appending to a report
work for individual use, facilitated workshops and use on a virtual Miro board
present a clear sequence of questions, considerations and outcomes
include generous capture space for notes, links, documents, photographs and sticky notes
retain the top-to-bottom row structure shown in the wireframe
make Stage 4, Work, clearly prominent as the hinge between upstream thinking and downstream workplace and estate decisions
remain legible when viewed or printed at full A3 size
Graphic 2: Report figure
The report figure should:
be designed at A4 landscape for direct inclusion within a report
illustrate the evolution of work and workplace across a series of eras
feel editorial, clear and publication-ready
remain legible at normal A4 viewing and printing size
Design requirements
The two graphics should form one consistent visual family. They should:
be in white base background
use Poppins typography
use PowerPoint’s built-in icons only where they support meaning or navigation, not as decorative filler
follow the broad colour logic of the supplied mock-ups, creating a refined professional palette
carry the worksheet colour system into the report figure
use consistent icons, line weights, arrows, spacing, headings and panels
feel corporate, credible, contemporary and suitable for a senior professional audience
avoid playful, decorative, startup or generic infographic styling
The graphics should coordinate visually without needing identical layouts. The mock-ups guide the required content, structure, sequence and hierarchy and should not be copied stylistically.
Draft content
The content is in draft form and will be refined by the author after the design work.
The designer is not expected to rewrite or edit the content. The layouts should accommodate reasonable wording changes. The author remains responsible for final wording, accuracy and sign-off.
Proposal-stage previews
Blurred or redacted PNG previews will be provided at the proposal stage to show structure, complexity and approximate content volume.
Full unblurred content will be supplied only to the selected designer, subject to the confidentiality and non-reuse requirements below.
The supplied wireframes are available as PNG reference images only.
Deliverables
Graphic 1
A3 landscape
professionally designed, fully editable Microsoft PowerPoint file
high-quality print PDF
high-resolution PNG
Graphic 2
A4 landscape
professionally designed, fully editable Microsoft PowerPoint file
high-quality print PDF
high-resolution PNG
Both graphics should be created at their final dimensions. All text, shapes, icons, arrows, colours and other design elements must remain editable in PowerPoint. Flattened-image PowerPoint files will not be accepted.
Amendments
The fee includes one consolidated round of amendments covering both graphics. Feedback will be provided as one coordinated set of comments.
Confidentiality, ownership and reuse
All supplied content, concepts, wording, wireframes and project materials are confidential and must not be shared, published, uploaded to a portfolio, used in promotional material, or reused, repurposed or adapted for another client without prior written permission.
The concepts, frameworks, wording and content remain the author’s intellectual property.
The completed designs must not be resold, reused, repurposed, adapted for another client, displayed publicly or included in a portfolio without prior written approval.
On final payment, the author must receive the completed editable PowerPoint files and all agreed exports.
By submitting a proposal, the designer agrees to these confidentiality, ownership and non-reuse conditions.
Budget
The total fixed budget is £100 maximum, inclusive of:
design and production of both graphics
one consolidated amendment round
editable PowerPoint files
PDF and PNG exports
Please apply only if you can complete the full scope within this budget.
Please include examples of relevant, original professional information graphics with your proposal.
