Powerpoint Background Images/Slide

I need the attached ppt background (image.jpg) recreated exactly with the only change being the image. There is one image to change here - but on successful recreation there will be an additional 9 or ten images to create separate backgrounds. I have also attached the logo "Flight-1". The colours need to be exactly the same and the image needs to have the 'green cast' over it - not full colour.
