Poster design update

I have an existing poster template, with 11 versions as each contains a different "badge" graphic

I need to update the colour scheme and badge on the templates and create:
11 x colour scheme 1
11 x colour scheme 2
11 x colour scheme 3

All design elements are existing in the template, only the colours must be changed and the badge inserted for every version (33 posters)

All files are ready in PDF / AI / PNG to be re-organised.
EDIT - original template is InDesign or PDF

Output required:
11 PDF x colour scheme 1
1 ai x colour scheme 1 (with any badge)
11 PDF x colour scheme 2
1 ai x colour scheme 2 (with any badge)
11 PDF x colour scheme 3
1 ai x colour scheme 3 (with any badge)

Template shown in example. Badge icon to be swapped out, block purple and text colour to be changed
