Poster creation for print in a nice 40X 60cm canevas

I would like to create for my friend birthday a nice poster that I will print on a 40 X 60 canevas (I will also need (I will need 3cm boads around as well.).
She loves a specific text (attached), that I would like to have an a poster with a nice illustration. She likes pastel colours, especially pink and gold. I would like to add a nice personalised background with icons/drawing of things she likes: heart, candle, flowers, sun, feather etc (see example attached). All on a Boho style with pastel colours and a nice text font.
