Populate an online bespoke design package

Design details: We have built an online tool where users can select templates (business cards, leaflets, letterheads) and need to populate this system with the designs. The designs would need to be built in our designer. An initial 100 designs are required but these do not need to be 100% unique. For example we require a leaflet designed for teeth whitening. Once this is done the same primary design would be used for veneers, implants etc. These are referred to as secondary designs. We require 34 primary and 66 secondary. Hope that all makes sense!
