Pop-up roller poster for a conference

I need a roller poster for a conference within 24 hours to meet printing deadline (aiming for 10am UK time 28th Oct). Happy to cover the extra time required and costs to upload to a UK next day printing site on my behalf or just receive the design files

minimalist, professional pop-up roller banner design for a robotics company called TOIA.

Banner size: 800 mm × 2000 mm (portrait).

Style: clean, technical aesthetic can follow colour scheme in logo or recolour logo for a more modern finish

Typography: modern sans-serif (Montserrat, Helvetica Neue, or Source Sans Pro).

Layout:

Not fixed on the three images approach above, having looked at modern styles it seems a main hero image is more common.

Attached are options for the hero image and our original logo/branding references - we don't stick to the colour scheme now, the last few posters we've had done just recoloured the logo to fit with a colour scheme

So you could either use the colours here or go with something more modern and colour the logo text to match

I don't have a specific style in mind, but if it's helpful to get turned around quickly things like this would work:
