Podcast Cover Art

I'm looking for a podcast cover art in line with the attached outline drawing and avatar characters. Title, layout, core elements all as per the sketch with male character top left and female character bottom right. between both is the ripples of water, maybe with a splash. Underneath is the title Re-THINK.

I'm open to different interpretations of the initial design from a fairly basic digitisation of this to something more cartoon-like and/or 3D looking. Ideally seeking the chance to explore different iterations for a fixed price to see what works best.
