Pictorial Design - 5 Accelerators to Fitness

Iam looking for someone who can help design visual of my 5 Accelerators to Fitness. They are:

1. Powerful Goal and Mindset Setting - Your boosters
2. Flexible Nutrition and Exercise Plan - Your Likes
3. Tracking and Monitoring - Your GPS
4. Accountability - Pick me up
5. Community - like minded love

I need those 5 points being represented in some sort of pictorial that is easy to understand, read and I can break it into chunks. Iam planning to run a webinar using those and need to be able to talk about each point individually. So each Accelerator Needs to be moveable.
