Photoshop wizardry required.

I have a Roulette wheel, where the numbers are looking bad and in need of replacement.

I need the replacement numbers made/designed/photoshopped so that I can print them out onto 4-6 A4 sheets and stick them on.

So the images provided to me need to be real-life size. I don't mind if a new design is made either using an app or even AI.

The end result must be a complete set of Roulette numbers with the completed background red/black that I can print out and stick on my wheel.

I have attached a sample of the current numbers. I can, if needed, scan each section if it helps.

I'm happy for a section to be completed at first so that I can print and check the size. Before the completed number wheel is provided.

Please Note: I've added that I need the background red/black as well, not just the numbers, basically a better looking version on the attached image.
