Photoshop skills required

I have a photograph of some metal rings (from a ring binder), that I'd like to have clear cut and superimposed onto a coloured background, with a small shadow added, to make it look 3D / realistic. There are 5 coloured backgrounds (same pattern in 5 different colour ways).

I'm looking for someone who has excellent photoshop skills with attention to detail, who can turn the job around quickly. See attached 'rings' image.
