Penguin Graphic Design

I require the design of this exact penguin graphic to be used on printed materials. The penguin must be approximately 2 centimeters in height and needs to be replicated in a diagonal repetitive pattern across a background - similar pattern to the one attached.

There will be two versions produced - one set against a navy blue backdrop and another versus a neutral cream colour.

Proficiency with graphic design software for creating and manipulating digital images is necessary. The completed penguin design should be delivered as a high-resolution vector file suitable for commercial print usage.

This needs to be done by the end of play tomorrow.
