PCB design and C++ firmware programming

We am looking for a firmware/software engineer who is well experienced in circuit design and programming C++ microcontroller firmware.
We need someone to verify and improve the circuit schematic already been created. They would then need to finish the PCB layout design and create the firmware for the charging unit.

We are currently designing charging units for electric vehicles. The functionality of the charging unit has been designed with the major components already selected however any improvements in the design are welcomed. There is already OpenSource software that has been created and which will be used the base to create the firmware for our charging unit.

A specification document has been created detailing all the requirement and functionality of the charging unit.
