Pattern Grading from existing pattern in my size

I just started a small custom made athletic clothing business and I need some help with pattern grading. The first on my list is a pattern for leggings (running tights) that I've made for myself, and would like to replicate in other sizes. I've perfected the pattern to fit me exactly how i want it, but now I have need to reproduce it in other sizes. I am slowly building my inventory, so there will be many more after this one, but would like to start with a basic run/yoga legging. In the future, i'd like to create more intricate pieces as well, which I will need help with.

This first project though will be just to replicate what I have in additional sizes.
