Newspaper advert layout

To layout a quarter page advert for a property paper. Banner style heading, 5 bullet point sentences, logo, tel no etc. Client has used an existing style for years and is happy with it but open to suggestions for a new business.

Future work on logos and general design work possible as well.

Aiming to get job completed by 23 june. Can provide an existing advert example to successful person.

Budget - I don't know how long it takes to layout a newspaper advert. An hour? 2 hours? It's a very simple advert and not looking for design design if that makes sense. More of a nice clean layout. So much easier to talk about things than misinterpret words. Hope that helps.

Skill level - happy to receive proposals from all skill levels. With respect to everyone this isn't a complicated job.
