New Logo Needed for Tech Company

We want to rework this logo to be more simplistic. We want to condense the size of the logo and work up a smaller one that can be used as an icon or stand-alone image on different projects.
Our color scheme is available upon request.

The project will be a collaborative effort between the graphic design artist and the CGO. We have a tight timeline, if you take this job, please be willing to work off and on through the holiday season.
