New logo for brand

Hi Designers...

I am looking to have a new logo design for my business (Stanmer Tea rooms) i am just looking something old schooling....Block lettering with a light grey shading on the letter, the main colour for the letter has to be white..

I have attached a idea...i would like the shading lines to be a bit thinner around the letters..

I would like to find someone how can start this job today, as once the design is signed off, i have a second project
