New identity including logo design, letterhead and business cards

My husband is a financial advisor who has been trading as a sole trader for 22 years. We are in the process of incorporating into a company and need a logo, letterhead and business cards to be designed initially. I am looking for bids for this phase only but there will be a Phase 2 to develop a new style for documents, amend the exisitng literature to the new style and develop new marketing materials.

We want a contemporary look and feel not traditional.
