New edgy PowerPoint template for a technology innovation company

I'm looking for a top designer to create a Powerpoint template for my new business focused on Software Innovations for the Automotive Enthusiast market place. The PowerPoint should be very visually focused with a mix of graphics and video based motion (not animation). My style is to pitch ideas and stories with pictures more than words. In order to succeed, the designer will need to select, create, define and deliver the following:
- Color pallet definition (primary and secondary)
- Font selection
- Image library (Minimum 10)
- 16x9 branded presentation template utilizing the colors, fonts and images
- Title/Logo Slide
- Agenda slide
- 7-10 variations of slides formats mixing graphical and text elements
- Closing slide

- Experience in modern/unique PowerPoint templates is a requirement.
- Experience in automotive based businesses is a plus

I like to be very involved in the creative process and will give thoughts, ideas and direction but I need a designer who is strong enough to drive initial ideas and concepts into exceptional output. Clear communication is a must.

Success with this project could lead to other opportunities for letterhead, business cards, website and other design-related material creation.
