NEED TO CREATE A 2 PAGE BROCHURE FOR A SCHOOL BUS TRACKING APP

I have an app called utraak which is used for school bus tracking solution. The current brochure is a disaster and we want to make something easy, clear and extremely professional. Colorful in white background. We want to look extremely professional and white.

I have attached the old brochure, the logo files and the types of brochures that catches my eye. We will even use this for emailers so it has to be precise, to the point and understandable.

Need this to be done in english and arabic.

if the project is done well, then i have another one lined up.

DESIGN: should be clean, more whites and colors wherever applicable
