Need to convert a Brouchure from MS PUblisher to a Useable Print format

I have a brochure created in MS Publisher... we like the way it looks but it will not export to a PDF without everything going haywire...
I can/will provide all the graphics, fonts etc... if someone can make this conversion and fix it so that it can be in a PDF / Adobe format so I can send it to a printer..

I can send you the messed up pdf if you\'d like to see it ... lose Fonts Pictures turn colors. I have exhausted my abilities, Please help.
