Need jpeg writing bigger keeping style though

I have some jpeg images of parents testimonials (reviews). These go on the website, but the writing is too small (see attachment 'example'). I would like the writing much bigger so it can be read but I need the authenticity of the testimonials e.g. that it looks genuine still - it has come from an email.
Also any names or email must be rubbed (apart from the name Meera)

There are 17 of these two be done.
