Need images recreated

Hello. I have three images that I need recreated. I need them to be vector files- that will be approximately 13" tall and no more than 12" wide. There will be two "front" images, and one "back" image.
There are some changes on the examples that I have.
For the front images:
One will contain the flutes and symbols, one will contain the clarinets.
the only change that I need is instead of "the farewell tour" I'd like it to say "Louisville Leopards".
I have some clearer pictures of the instruments that can be provided upon project acceptance, to aid in the redraw. The client would like the distressed look to stay on all three, giving it a 'concert shirt' vibe/feel. The blue should be a baby-blue color (but if the file is vector, I can change that, no problem).

For the back image:
I'd like it to stay like it is, however the dates and opponets/locations are different.

SEPT 11 @ BOARDMAN
SEPT 18 @ HOOVER
SEPT 25 vs. LAKE

then under competitions I need it changed to
SEPT 19 MUSIC IN MOTION
SEPT 26 ZIPS INVITATIONAL
OCT 3 BUCKEY INVITATIONAL
OCT 24 SOUND SPECTACULAR
OCT 31 OMEA STATE COMP.


I anticipate this project needing a couple revisions before we get it right, so I need someone that is patient, but will give it the time that it needs and will respond relatively quickly.

I will also need additional files that have the word "mom" replaced with the word "dad". - this would make a total of 5 images.
