Need help with a tatto design

Design details: I don't even know if this is possible but i will post it here and find out.

I did a tattoo a year ago but i wasn't happy with it so this summer i started a laser-treatment to bleach it so that i could do a cover up. I think i have bleached it enough to do a cover up but i need help with creating a design that i really like (not making same misstake again).

I have photos that i would like to combined to a nice half-sleeve, I just need someone to place the photos on my arm (picture on my bleach tattoo) and maybe create some sort of background if it's possible?

I don't know if this is possible to do on a computer but if it is please help.
