Need graphic templates made for a few pages on a new site

I need graphic templates for 3 pages on a new digital marketing agency site.
I hope to find someone long-term to offload work to them in the future where deadlines are met, and the design is decent enough for the money.

I need the following pages:

1. Home page

The services that we would offer are:

2. Core Service Page

I need one template that I can modify for each service. Thing core service landing page - text and images, etc

3. Team page

There would be 4 people to start with, which should be expandable as the team grows.

I want simple, minimalistic design, with whimsical graphics but nice, punchy fonts, very similar to the site above.
Keep in mind that the site above is a Wordpress template so everyone is using it and I want something different.
