Need a load of photos optimised on a website

Have a look at www.thehouseofthevineyard.com - the theme and layout are all done. However the photos we have used are WAY too big. So what needs doing is every photo that is too large needs to be optimised for the website - ie: the quality needs to remain but the Featured Images etc. all need setting correctly and if new 'smaller' versions of the images need uploading that needs doing.

It's about 1 hours work I'd say. We'll know it's done well because the site will be exactly the same but load super fast.
