Need a graphic designer to separate image into multiple layers

I am looking for a graphic designer who can take an image and separate it into different layers just like how it’s shown in the following video:

My goal is to create a multilayered parallax image on a website. It functions similarly to that of the following site. https://www.firewatchgame.com/

Furthermore, the image needs a better way to smoothly transition to the next section with a white background when the user scrolls down the page. [Perhaps, the bottom border of the image will have white silhouettes of trees, clouds, or buildings]

The image needs to expand to have space to put some copywriting in it and a call-to-action button.

I would like the color of the image to be adjusted to different shades of blue.

The final product should be around 1280 pixels wide with a landscape orientation.
