Need a designer to design 4-6 thumbnails per month (ongoing)

I am looking for someone who is creative, can create illustrations if needed to create youtube thumbnails. I love colorful thumbnails that will catch people's eyes. Looking for ongoing or to create templates.
4-6/month. Needs to be created in Canva or I should be able to add text if it is a design. I will show examples to give an idea of what I like but needs to be done better than mine. Here's a video explaining. Payment can be discussed per thumbnail or hourly basis.
