Mockups of box

Hi

What I want is 6 mockups of a box with an interior.

I need to change the colors and design of both the interior and exterior Photoshop files...PSD

The interior is to hold a piece of 3mm pressed card and put a PVC business card 85 x 55... (see attached images) if there is a way to make some kind of relief for the card I would appreciate it
The positions are:
3D front closed
3D front open
3D back closed
3D back open
3D separated closed
3D separated front open
And if possible an inclined plane would be great
