Mexico Itinerary booklet

50th Birthday Trip to Mexico
Need some help formatting and creating a fun itinerary document to print.
I'm sending the itinerary out in a small box (18cm length x 13cm width) with little bottles of Tequila and a mini Mexican sombrero so whatever form the itinerary takes will need to fit inside the box.
Maybe a compact z-fold (6 page) / accordion style info booklet might work, like a back pocket guide? A6?
I have some ideas of images and background I'd like it to look like.
Want to send this out early next week so someone who is available to do this asap and cost/time frame
