Design details: Who we are?
We offer Chinese, Dim Sum and Thai cuisines on the menu. We only do takeaway and deliver the food (No Eat-In). The business was established in 1987. We took over in 2004. We are located in London, Zone 2. The current menu is very old fashion and tiring looking. We have shortened our menu and recreated recipes to remove MSG (unnatural flavour enhancer) to differentiate from our competitors. We now urgently need to redesign our menu to make us stand out on the market.

Objectives and goals:

Designing menu that give customers good impression that promotes healthy, natural, No MSG (unnatural flavour enhancer) and fast reliable delivery service. Reshape image of fast food takeaway food (Greasy, unhealthy and high level of salt and sugar).

We are planning to rebrand our name and image. We also plan to launch website. If you are experienced in this field, I would be happy to work with you for the future projects.

Target audience:
25-45 years old young professions who often eat alone or sometimes have 2-4 friends around for party dinning.

Overall style/look
Style: Promote healthy dining image and quick reliable delivery service. Contemporary look, open for any suggestions
