Marketing Brochure in .pdf format emailed to prospective clients and on our website

We need a really good online Marketing Brochure that provides prospective clients with an outline of our product offering. We want this in a .pdf format so we can email it to prospective clients and also have this as a document on our new website. We have a printed brochure that had a poor print finish but we can use the bones of this for a fresh new brochure design. The topic of what we are offering is boring (insurance yawn!)to most people. We would like the brochure to be simple, friendly, fresh and easy on the eye whilst maintaining an air of professionalism.
