Making images look good - retouching.

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can cut out around 12 images. Which have been photographed indoors. I've included an example images to show you the quality of the original images. The images are of high quality to work within Photoshop.

Generally, the images need to look good to be used on a website for some Doctors I work with.
need to be cut out and made into PNGs
To look brighter. The image with plastic needs to look good when cut out and not dark
retouch any blemishes and even out colour tones.
