Looping Powerpoint or similar

Ive got 28 logos that I need added to either a powerpoint, Vimeo or Adobe program.
We have an event and we want the sponsors logos to appear on a TV screen that is going to have a laptop linked up to it. I need to be able to run a file that will display a text page welcoming people and then each logo to appear for a few seconds and then move on to the next logo.

There are 28 logos plus the welcome page and these can need to just keep looping.

Need it done ASAP
