We are looking to change the look of our property reports in word and need a designer to work on a nice looking design. the reports are autogenerated through our CRM and then saved into a PDF so were looking for a simple but slick looking design.

the current report is the first attachment and the layout we now want is in the 2nd attachment 'report draft'
