Looking for a designer ...

*Looking for a Designer*

I am looking for a designer who is able to assist me with the following:
1) Convert files - e.g: converting a pdf & or png into a vector file.
2) Editing images & pictures - e.g: making very simple colour changes, such as the colour of the sky on an image from blue to orange & or changing the background colour of an image from brown to white & or white to brown etc.
3) Add links to images on an email signature, e.g: so when you click onto an instagram logo, you are taken to an instagram page.
or when you click on an email icon, you are able to send an email.

*Please note* If you do not have experience with being able to complete all of the above, please do not submit a proposal.

I am looking for a designer that i can work with longterm.
